Private Consulting

A Tailor-Made Plan for You

If playing college lacrosse is the goal, one-on-one recruiting support can help you avoid costly mistakes, reduce stress, and make smarter decisions that maximize your opportunities.

The recruiting process can be overwhelming. It’s easy to waste time and money competing in tournaments, visiting colleges, and applying to schools that ultimately aren’t a fit.

Private consulting gives you a clear, step-by-step plan so you can move forward with confidence at every stage of the recruiting process. Katie Murphy, a former NCAA Division I athlete and experienced lacrosse coach who understands how recruiting works from both sides, provides time-tested advice that sets you up for success.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is private consulting best suited for?

What happens during a consulting session?

Each session is tailored to your specific situation. We’ll review your goals, current recruiting status, and next steps. You’ll get clear, actionable guidance you can immediately put into practice. And you’ll always have an opportunity to ask questions and discuss any situations you’re navigating.

Can parents attend the sessions?

Yes. Parents are encouraged to attend with their daughter. Recruiting is a family process, and it’s helpful for everyone to hear the same guidance and have an opportunity to ask questions.

How do I know if my daughter is a good fit for Division I, II, or III?

This is one of the most common questions we help answer. Based on your athlete’s skills, academics, and goals, we’ll provide an honest assessment and help you identify the best-fit schools.

Can you help with emails to college coaches?

Yes. We provide guidance on what to say, how to say it, and when to reach out—so your communication stands out and gets responses.

Will you review highlight films or recruiting materials?

Yes. Highlight film review and feedback are included in consulting packages, along with guidance on how to improve visibility with college coaches.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on where you are in the process. Some families benefit from a single session for direction, while others prefer ongoing support and feedback through a multi-session package.

How is this different from free recruiting advice online?

Most online advice is general and can be difficult to apply to your individual situation. Additionally, you have no way to know if the information you see online is current. The college lacrosse landscape changes fast.

Private consulting gives you the latest information and personalized guidance based on your specific goals, timeline, and ability—so you know exactly what to do next.
