Recruiting Workshops for Teams & Clubs
Many talented lacrosse players want to compete at the collegiate level but don’t fully understand how the recruiting process works.
High school coaches and club team directors often struggle to provide recruiting guidance while also focusing on player development, team management, and winning games.
To help student-athletes succeed, we offer lacrosse recruiting workshops designed to give players (and their families) a clear understanding of the process so they know what to do to land a spot on a college roster and potentially qualify for scholarships.
Special Offer for Teams
Team workshops are 60-90 minutes in length and cost $150 per team (up to 25 players).

Ideal for Players and Parents
Players will receive an easy-to-follow overview of recruiting along with practical, action-oriented advice they can apply right away. Athletes and their parents are welcome to attend. Workshops are conducted live online via video call.

Former NCAA Division I Athlete | International Coach | Collegiate Assistant Coach
Coach Katie Murphy brings firsthand experience as both a lacrosse athlete and a professional coach. She understands the recruiting process from both sides—what it takes to earn a roster spot and how college coaches evaluate prospective players.
She is a:
- Former NCAA Division I athlete, Butler University
- Assistant coach, Austria National Team, helping prepare the team for international competitions and qualification for the 2026 Olympics
- Collegiate assistant coach, Marian University

Can you customize the workshop for our team?
Yes. The workshop can be adjusted based on your team’s goals, grade levels, and where players are in the recruiting process. We can even turn the whole workshop into an interactive Q/A session if your has specific questions they want answered.
Who can attend?
Parents, club staff, and of course players are all encouraged to attend but a club can decide what is most appropriate for their needs. The recruiting process can’t be done alone, so getting on the same page is critical!

Online information is scattered, often inaccurate, and too general to apply directly. This workshop brings everything together into a clear, step-by-step framework—so players know exactly what to do and when to do it.
